Tracey Busch is a strategic marketing and growth leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their brand, expand their impact, and navigate periods of transformation. Her career spans digital agency leadership, and executive consulting, including co-founding Valerie, a creative agency and cultural consultancy, and advising startups, nonprofits, and small to mid-sized businesses as a fractional CMO.

Recognized as Women in Marketing’s Highly Commended Consultant of the Year (2024), Tracey brings expertise in brand strategy, organizational development, and cross-functional leadership. She currently serves as a Board Member for Doors of Hope Community and is a Volunteer and Youth Coach with the Jersey City Soccer Association.

Tracey has contributed to industry development through past roles with Creative Ladder (Mentor, 2022–2023) and She Runs It (Ambassador 2018–2022; Mentor 2018–2021). She holds a B.A. in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Eastern Connecticut State University. She resides in Jersey City with her husband, two kids and house full of plants.
