A Safe Place To Land, And Rise Again
F.A.V.O.R.E.D. provides safe, supportive, phased housing for women transitioning from incarceration to independence.
What Is F.A.V.O.R.E.D.?
When we asked women preparing for release what scared them most, the answer was nearly universal: Where am I going to go?
Too often, the answer is nowhere safe. Without stable housing, women are forced back into survival: staying with unsafe partners, falling into drug use, or returning to environments that led to incarceration in the first place.
F.A.V.O.R.E.D. is our response: a phased, structured housing model designed to give women the safety, support, and skills they need to rebuild.

Housing That Feels Like Home
Each residence is clean, secure, and intentional—offering not just shelter, but dignity. Residents help care for the space and one another, building habits and hope that last.

Each F.A.V.O.R.E.D. residence is more than a place to sleep. It’s a space designed to rebuild dignity, stability, and sisterhood. Women live together in a structured, supportive environment that balances accountability with care.
There are no cinder blocks or bunk beds here. Instead, there are warm meals, daily routines, shared responsibilities, and quiet corners to breathe. Each woman is given her own space, her own bed, and a clear set of expectations, not just to restore order, but to restore a sense of ownership over her life.
Residents cook, clean, care for the home, and — most importantly — care for each other. Over time, the house becomes more than transitional housing. It becomes a place where women remember what it feels like to belong, to be safe, and to be seen.
Because safety isn’t just physical. It’s spiritual. It’s emotional. It’s a foundation for everything that comes next.
